Sepia Solutions is a specialist provider of software and professional services supporting Audit, Compliance, Risk Management, and Internal Control functions. Founded in 2010, Sepia Solutions was established with a clear focus on helping assurance professionals work more efficiently and with greater confidence through the appropriate use of technology and expertise. Our work is grounded in an understanding of the real-world challenges faced by audit and risk functions operating in regulated and complex environments.
What we do
We support our clients across two closely related areas:
- Data analysis, enabling assurance teams to analyse large and complex datasets, identify risks, and gain meaningful insights
- Audit management systems, supporting the planning, execution, documentation, and reporting of audit and assurance activities
Our services span the full lifecycle of these solutions, including training, implementation, configuration, consultancy, development, and long-term support. We place particular emphasis on ensuring that solutions are practical, sustainable, and aligned with the way our clients actually work.
Our focus and specialisation
Sepia Solutions has made a deliberate decision to focus on a small number of proven software platforms. Rather than offering superficial coverage across many tools, we specialise in:

- Pentana Audit for audit management
This focus allows us to develop and maintain deep expertise, supporting not only initial implementation and training, but also the long-term operational use and ongoing support of these systems. I founded Sepia Solutions in January 2010, driven by a long-standing interest in data analysis and audit management. From the outset, the company has focused on a small number of specialist software platforms – Arbutus and Pentana – allowing us to develop deep expertise and deliver consistent value to our clients.
